In 2019, Macrina Bârlădeanu began studying acting at the Ion Luca Caragiale National University of the Theatrical and Cinematic Arts, Bucharest. The same year, she graduated from the Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj, with a degree in Physical Education and Sport. She is currently studying for an M.A. in the Actor’s Art at the Ion Luca Caragiale National University.
In the last few years, she has worked on various projects with students of both film and theatre directing. In 2021, she appeared in the rôle of the Woman in Cloaca, directed by Cristian Popescu, which premiered at the Nottara Theatre. She also plays Ana in R.M.N., a film directed by Cristian Mungiu, which will have its première in 2022.
